Lucy Huereca, Real Estate Broker
Lucy takes great passion in working to help clients, with a focus on seniors, purchase their dream homes. She literally rolls out a red carpet to celebrate their accomplishment as she has for various clients. Lucy has participated in Liftfund's 2018 Women's Business Accelerator Program, SA Hispanic Chamber ABLDP, as well as just recently Avanzar, a pilot program by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce wherein a few select businesses were chosen with production over one million in revenue. Additionally, in 2018 Lucy was awarded “Ambassador the Year” from the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Lucy has served on the Board of the Global Chamber San Antonio and currently presides as Chairwoman of All Hearts Count, a local non-profit. Her designations include, but are not limited to, Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyer Representative, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, as well as Graduate Realtor Institute, one of the highest designations Realtors can obtain.
